3. Are you just talking about food cost? Or everything else including labor, food cost, equipment....? If just food cost say 92 days 3xper days 276 meals. x50 =13800. If it was expensive gourmet meals I'd say about 12 dollars per meal (in food cost alone) so about 150000 dollars in food cost alone. You could most likely make it less buying in bulk and such.
